ALTAREA Announces Details of Share Capital and Voting Rights

ALTAREA has published the figures relating to its share capital and voting rights as of April 30, 2024. The total number of shares making up the capital amounts to 20,804,017. Regarding voting rights, there is a total of 20,804,017 theoretical rights, with 20,795,348 exercisable rights after adjusting for treasury shares.

The company also highlights the importance of meeting reporting thresholds. In accordance with its statutes, any crossing, upwards or downwards, of thresholds of 1% of capital or voting rights must be declared within four days by registered letter. Shares not declared in compliance are deprived of voting rights for two years, unless regularized and filed by shareholders holding at least 1% of the capital.
