Altamount Software GmbH Acquires PSI Transcom GmbH

Altamount Software GmbH, a platform under CHAPTERS Group AG, has acquired 100% of PSI Transcom GmbH shares from PSI Software SE. The transaction's closure is anticipated in Q1 2025, pending German federal approval. Altamount's acquisition marks a strategic expansion into mobility solutions, leveraging PSI Transcom's expertise in software for public transportation companies. The company has seen a revenue growth of about 12% annually, driven by the demand for eMobility solutions.

CHAPTERS aims to integrate PSI Transcom into its governance, risk, and compliance platform. Jan-Hendrik Mohr, CEO of CHAPTERS, expressed commitment to ensuring a smooth transition and highlighted Altamount's suitability for managing such integral software. Meanwhile, PSI Software SE plans to refocus on core businesses as part of its "PSI Reloaded" program, viewing this partnership as beneficial for PSI Transcom's future growth.
