Alta Copper Announces Annual General Meeting Postponement to June 28, 2024
VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / June 26, 2024 / Alta Copper Corp. (TSX:ATCU)(OTCQX:ATCUF)(BVL:ATCU) has announced a one-day postponement of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM). Initially scheduled for June 27th, 2024, the AGM will now take place on June 28th, 2024, at 2:00 PM (Canada/Pacific Daylight Time) at Suite 2300, 550 Burrard Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, V6C 2B5, Canada.
Alta Copper focuses on developing its 100% owned Cañariaco advanced staged copper project. Located in Northern Peru, Cañariaco consists of 97 square km of land and includes the Cañariaco Norte and Cañariaco Sur deposits, along with the Quebrada Verde prospect.
