Alset Capital Inc. Subsidiary Cedarcross Technologies Penetrates AI Server Market with Significant Distribution Deal

Cedarcross Technologies, supported by Alset Capital Inc., has entered a distribution agreement with Earthmade Computer for Nvidia H100 servers, acknowledging a new milestone with a CAD$2.3 million transaction with Ceti AI. This initiative, stemming from a prior Supply Agreement with Earthmade, enables further distribution capabilities of Nvidia GPU High-Performance Computing servers. Under this arrangement, Cedarcross will purchase and distribute five Nvidia H100 HGX 8GPU servers, enhancing its position in the AI computing sector.

The deal also facilitates Cedarcross to acquire servers from other manufacturers through Earthmade, magnifying its business avenues alongside its compute leasing service. Alset's CEO, Morgan Good, expressed confidence that this deal will significantly boost Cedarcross's revenue and strengthen its market leadership in HPC GPU servers. The structured payment terms with Ceti AI involve a sequence of payments concluding with full payment shortly after the server delivery expected on May 17th, 2024.
