Alset AI Ventures to Fully Acquire Lyken.AI
Alset AI Ventures Inc., an AI venture company, is set to acquire the remaining 25% interest in Cedarcross International Technologies Inc., operating as Lyken.AI. This acquisition will give Alset AI full ownership of Lyken.AI's PaaS compute platform. CEO Adam Ingrao highlights the strategic advantage this move brings in accelerating Lyken.AI's commercial launch and integrating with partners.
The deal involves issuing 7,000,000 Alset shares valued at $700,000 CAD. No finder's fee is involved. The transaction is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval. This follows Alset AI's initial major acquisition of Cedarcross in early 2025.
Lyken.AI plans to launch a new corporate website by Q3 2025 to highlight its platform capabilities and infrastructure solutions. This positions Lyken.AI as a boutique AI infrastructure platform aimed at optimizing deployment and scaling compute resources.
