Alset AI Ventures Introduces Warrant Exercise Incentive Program

Alset AI Ventures Inc., an artificial intelligence venture company, has announced an early warrant exercise incentive program to strengthen its balance sheet. Aimed at encouraging the early exercise of nearly 20 million common share purchase warrants, the program awaits approval from the TSX Venture Exchange.

Warrantholders can exercise their warrants at $0.15 each, expiring in March 2027. Participants exercising before the program's deadline on August 27, 2025, receive an additional half share at $0.25, valid for one year.

CEO Adam Ingrao stated that the program aligns with shareholder interests, aiming to enhance financial stability and fund growth initiatives. Eligible warrant holders must provide an accredited investor certificate to participate.
