Alset AI Launches Early Warrant Exercise Incentive Program
Alset AI Ventures Inc. has announced the commencement of its early warrant exercise incentive program. Approved by the TSX Venture Exchange, the program begins today, August 27, 2025, and will conclude on September 26, 2025. It involves up to 19,999,993 outstanding common share purchase warrants.
Participants who exercise a warrant at $0.15 will receive one common share and half of a new common share purchase warrant. This Incentive Warrant allows the purchase of an additional share at $0.25 within a year of issuance.
The program requires an accredited investor certificate unless stated otherwise for prospectus exemption. Alset AI aims to leverage this initiative to strengthen their financial position and support future growth in AI innovation.
