Alset AI Ventures Delays Financial Statement Filing
Alset AI Ventures Inc., based in Vancouver, has announced a delay in filing its audited annual financial statements for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2024. The filing, initially due by January 28, 2025, was postponed due to unforeseen delays caused by a change in the company's bookkeeping personnel, impacting the audit process.
Alset AI Ventures expects to submit the statements by March 11, 2025. In accordance with National Policy 12-203, the company has enacted a management cease trade order (MCTO) for its CEO and CFO, restricting them from trading company securities until the filing is complete. Other shareholders may continue trading as usual.
During the delay, Alset AI Ventures will provide bi-weekly updates to maintain transparency with investors.
