Alphinat Announces New Board Members and Appoints New Auditors
Alphinat Inc., a Canadian software provider, has announced the appointment of four new board members: Mark Nasworthy, Brian Deeks, Nicholas A. Bartzis, and Mahtab Abbasigaravand. This is pending regulatory approval. These individuals bring diverse expertise in fields such as aviation, finance, corporate governance, and IT.
Mark Nasworthy, with a background in chemistry and military leadership, emphasizes excellence and growth. Brian Deeks, a seasoned CPA, offers extensive experience in governance and finance. Nicholas A. Bartzis brings strategic leadership and financial management skills. Mahtab Abbasigaravand, already President and CEO of Alphinat, has extensive IT experience with a focus on AI.
In addition, the board approved Davidson & Company LLP as the company's new auditor.
