Alpha MOS announces changes to the Board of Directors

Alpha MOS, a global player in the sensory analyzer sector, announced the departure of Brigitte Bourgoin from its Board of Directors. She is replaced by Catherine Lefèvre as head of the Appointments and Remuneration Committee. Brigitte Bourgoin joined this committee in 2019.

Catherine Lefevre, also an independent director since 2019, will take over the presidency previously occupied by Brigitte Bourgoin. The Board of Directors also includes Pascale Piquemal, chair of the Audit Committee, as well as Laurent Samama, Eric Arnould and Adrien Tardy. The company highlights the important contribution of Brigitte Bourgoin during her mandate.
