In 2025, Shelly Group SE reported a notable increase in both revenue and profitability. The group's revenue surged 40.3% to reach EUR 149.7 million. Adjusted EBIT saw a disproportionate rise of 42.8% to EUR 37.7 million, maintaining an EBIT margin of 25.2%, above mid-term targets. Moreover, the group's net result improved by 14.8% to EUR 25.5 million, with adjusted EPS up 40% to EUR 1.77.

The user base of Shelly Cloud expanded to over 2.7 million, while the international installer network grew nearly sixfold to 5,300 members.
