Allianz SE Expands Share Buy-Back Program for 2024
Allianz SE has announced an increase in the total volume of its share buy-back program for the financial year 2024. The company will repurchase additional treasury shares worth up to 500 million euros, bringing the total buy-back volume to 1.5 billion euros for the year.
The new phase of the buy-back program will commence in mid-August and conclude by December 31, 2024. This expansion follows the completion of a previously resolved 1 billion euros buy-back in July 2024. All repurchased shares will be cancelled.
