Allane Mobility Group Successfully Holds Virtual Annual General Meeting 2024
On June 27, 2024, Allane Mobility Group conducted its Annual General Meeting virtually, with a significant 92.86% of share capital participation. Key resolutions, including a dividend distribution of EUR 0.09 per share, were approved by the shareholders. The acts of the Management and Supervisory Boards for the 2023 financial year were endorsed.
The Supervisory Board expanded to six members, enhancing diversity. Eva Kellershof and Ignacio Barbadillo Llorens joined, bringing valuable international expertise. The meeting also re-elected four existing members. These appointments aim to support Allane’s strategic goals.
