Allane Mobility Group Reports Growth in 2023 Annual Financial Overview

Allane Mobility Group, a vehicle leasing and full-service solutions provider in Germany, disclosed its financial results for 2023. The company reported an 8.5% increase in its group contract portfolio, rising to 125,800 contracts. The consolidated operating revenue also saw a significant growth of 13.9%, reaching EUR 342.7 million.

The announcement detailed a slight decrease in Earnings Before Taxes (EBT), which reached EUR 12.6 million, closely aligning with the company’s full year guidance. Despite these earnings being marginally lower than the previous year’s EUR 12.8 million, Allane expressed confidence in future growth, projecting an increase in its contract portfolio and revenue for 2024.

Allane also announced its plan to propose a dividend of EUR 0.09 per share at the upcoming Annual General Meeting, maintaining the previous year's dividend rate. This proposal represents a 21% payout ratio of the consolidated net income for 2023.

Looking ahead to 2024, Allane anticipates expanding its group contract portfolio to between 130,000 and 150,000 contracts. The firm also expects its consolidated operating revenue to range from EUR 350 to 400 million, with EBT projected in the high single-digit million-euro range. These projections reflect the company's optimistic outlook and strategic plans for expansion and revenue generation in the coming years.
