All for One Group SE Reports Strong Order Intake and Sales Growth

All for One Group SE, a prominent IT and consulting firm specializing in SAP solutions, has released its preliminary unaudited results for the first nine months of the 2023/24 fiscal year. The company reported an organic sales increase of 4% to EUR 378.8 million, with recurring revenues up by 6%. The strong order intake reinforces optimism for the upcoming quarter.

Key drivers include the "Land and Expand" strategy, focusing on SAP S/4HANA migrations and cloud transformation via initiatives like "RISE with SAP" and "GROW with SAP." EBIT before M&A effects (non-IFRS) surged by 81% to EUR 20.7 million, resulting in a margin increase to 5.5%.

The management board has confirmed its fiscal year 2023/24 guidance, anticipating sales between EUR 505 million and EUR 525 million, and EBIT before M&A effects in a range of EUR 32 million to EUR 36 million.
