Alec’s Ice Cream Introduces Nine New Regenerative Organic Flavors

Alec’s Ice Cream, renowned for its A2/A2 dairy and regenerative organic ingredients, recently announced the launch of nine new premium flavors. Available nationally this spring, these additions expand Alec’s product line to 14 distinct flavors, aiming to cater to both traditional and adventurous palates with gluten-free options. These flavors will be offered at select Whole Foods Market stores and various independent retailers.

The introduction of new flavors reinforces Alec’s commitment to ethically and environmentally responsible ingredient sourcing. It features collaborations with regenerative and organic suppliers such as the Native Green Cane Project, Alexandre Family Farm, and new partnerships with sustainability leaders like Burroughs Family Orchards and Groundwork Coffee. Among the new flavors is the award-winning Palm Springs Banana Chocolate Date Shake, honored in the 2024 NEXTY Awards within the Certified Regenerative Product category.

Alec’s Ice Cream’s CEO, Alec Jaffe, expressed pride in the team’s dedication to crafting flavorful combinations using premium ingredients, emphasizing the brand’s commitment to quality, health, and environmental sustainability. The launch is celebrated at King's Highway restaurant in Palm Springs with exclusive early access and free ice cream samples on select days.
