Threshold Crossings by Lincoln and TDR on AYVENS
On May 19, 2025, Lincoln Financing Holdings Pte. Limited announced that it had crossed the thresholds of 5% of the share capital and voting rights of AYVENS. Lincoln now holds 3.11% of the share capital and 2.04% of the voting rights of AYVENS. This decrease is due to an off-market sale of shares.
At the same time, TDR also indirectly fell below the thresholds of 15% of the capital and 10% of the voting rights, with a total holding of 11.19% of the capital and 7.34% of the voting rights. Together with Société Générale and ATP, the concert fell below the two-thirds threshold, holding 65.59% of the capital and 77.45% of the voting rights.
TDR also retains 10,918,291 stock warrants exercisable to subscribe to AYVENS shares at €2.00 each.
