Alaska Silver Announces New Executive Vice President

Alaska Silver Corp. has appointed Patrick Donnelly as its Executive Vice President. Mr. Donnelly brings extensive experience in mineral exploration, capital markets, corporate development, and investor relations. His career began as a project geologist in Canada and later as a mining analyst. Most recently, he served as the Vice President of Capital Markets at Tudor Gold Corp.

Donnelly's familiarity with Alaska stems from his tenure at Trilogy Metals Inc., where he contributed to the Upper Kobuk Mineral Projects. He also co-founded First Mining Gold Corporation and led its listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange, completing eight key transactions.

Kit Marrs, President & CEO of Alaska Silver, emphasized Donnelly's understanding of both Alaska's nuances and business operations as a valuable asset for advancing the Illinois Creek Project.

The company has also issued 400,000 stock options to selected officers, part of its strategic initiatives.
