Issy-les-Moulineaux, June 20, 2024 – Alan Allman Associates (AAA) announces that shareholders have approved all resolutions at the 2024 Combined General Meeting. The quorum was reached on the first call, with 90.77 % of the share capital represented and 93.38% of the exercisable voting rights.
