Airbus Reports Share Buyback Transactions for October 2025
Airbus SE has disclosed details of its recent share buyback transactions, conducted between 6 and 10 October 2025. The transactions are part of a programme announced on 8 September 2025, aimed at supporting future employee share ownership and equity-based compensation plans.
The initiative follows the authority granted by shareholders at the Airbus Annual General Meeting on 15 April 2025, permitting the repurchase of up to 10% of the issued share capital. During the said period, Airbus bought back a total of 42,000 shares across five days, with an average purchase price of EUR 203.3072 per share.
These transactions were executed on the Paris Stock Exchange (XPAR). Detailed reports of the buyback actions can be accessed on the Airbus website.
