Air Liquide: Statement of voting rights and capital as of June 12, 2024

Air Liquide has published the regulated information on the total number of voting rights and shares as of June 12, 2024. In accordance with article L.233-8 II of the commercial code and article 223-16 of the general regulations of the Financial Markets Authority, the number of shares making up the capital amounts to 578,103,173.

The theoretical number of voting rights, including treasury shares, is 578,103,173. The actual number of voting rights, after deduction of treasury shares, is 576,276,870.

As a reminder, the figures for May 2024 indicated 524,191,200 shares making up the capital, with an actual number of voting rights of 522,528,183. This notable increase reflects the growth dynamics of Air Liquide.
