JP Morgan Chase exceeds 5% of AIR FRANCE-KLM's capital
JP Morgan Chase & Co. has increased its stake in Air France-KLM beyond the 5% threshold. Through an acquisition completed on February 4, 2026, JP Morgan now holds 13,703,346 shares, representing 5.19% of the share capital and 3.63% of the voting rights. This increase resulted from an off-market transaction.
JP Morgan Securities LLC and JP Morgan Securities plc hold 656,418 and 12,974,419 shares, respectively. Other entities within the group hold smaller amounts of shares. These various holdings are supported by a range of financial contracts, reinforcing their strategic position.
