AI/ML Innovations Inc. Announces Settlement of Debt with ThreeD Capital Inc.

Victoria, BC / ACCESSWIRE / AI/ML Innovations Inc. (CSE:AIML)(OTCQB:AIMLF)(FWB:42FB) has announced a Debt Settlement and Security Agreement with ThreeD Capital Inc. of Toronto, Ontario. The agreement addresses a debt of $47,460 owed for services rendered. The debt will be converted into common shares of the Company.

AI/ML Innovations Inc. will issue 949,200 common shares at a deemed price of $0.05 per share as part of the Shares for Debt Transaction. This transaction is subject to the approval of the Canadian Securities Exchange. The issued common shares will be under a four-month hold period.
