AI/ML Innovations Inc. Announces Proposed Private Placement

VICTORIA, BC / ACCESSWIRE / August 9, 2024 / AI/ML Innovations Inc. (CSE:AIML)(OTCQB:AIMLF)(FWB:42FB) has announced its intention to complete a non-brokered private placement offering up to 6,000,000 units at $0.05 per unit, amounting to gross proceeds of up to $300,000. Each unit consists of one common share and one warrant, allowing the holder to purchase an additional common share for $0.10 within two years, subject to the company's right to accelerate expiry.

The units will be subject to a four-month and one-day hold period per CSE policies. AI/ML Innovations plans to use the net proceeds for working capital requirements. A finder's fee may be paid to qualified finders as per CSE policy and applicable laws. The private placement is contingent upon receiving all necessary approvals, including those from the Canadian Securities Exchange.
