AGRANA Unveils Diverse Product Line at Food Ingredients Europe

During the recent Food Ingredients Europe trade fair in Frankfurt, the Austrian food group AGRANA displayed a comprehensive range of offerings, including fruit, flavor, and spicy preparations, as well as starch, sugar, syrups, and betaine. The event attracted around 1,400 exhibitors and 25,000 visitors, underlining its significance in the food and beverage sector.

AGRANA focused on the functionality and sustainability of foods, featuring all-in-one solutions with particular emphasis on plant-based and meat alternative dishes. Innovations included vegan flavor combinations, showcasing AGRANA's development capabilities.

Visitors sampled unique creations like spicy-sweet chocolate ice cream and honey-sweetened varieties, while live cooking showcased products such as vegan meatballs, emphasizing taste and texture quality.

AGRANA highlighted the benefits of betaine, derived from GMO-free sugar beet molasses, for health-focused foods and beverages. AUSTRIA Juice, a joint venture, also presented its beverage compounds and flavorings.
