Affluent Medical: Ordinary Annual and Extraordinary General Meeting of June 24, 2024

Affluent Medical, French medtech, announces the terms of participation in its Ordinary Annual and Extraordinary General Meeting of June 24, 2024. The meeting will be held at 2:00 p.m. at the company's head office in Aix-en-Provence.

The meeting notice, published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires (BALO) on May 17, 2024, contains the agenda and the draft resolutions submitted to the vote. Bearer shareholders will need to obtain the forms from their financial intermediary. Registered shareholders will receive the documents directly.

The documents of article R. 22-10-23 of the Commercial Code are available on the Affluent Medical website. The documents of article R. 225-83 will be sent on request or available at headquarters fifteen days before the Meeting.
