AEVIS VICTORIA SA Reports Continued Revenue Growth in Q3 2025

AEVIS VICTORIA SA has reported robust revenue growth in the third quarter of 2025, achieving consolidated gross revenue of CHF 899.2 million for the first nine months. This marks an 18.2% increase compared to the same period in 2024. Net revenue also rose by 18.1% to CHF 789.9 million, with adjusted organic growth at 1.5%.

In the Healthcare division, Swiss Medical Network saw revenues climb by 21.5% to CHF 722.6 million, aided by the integration of new entities and the expansion of its outpatient network. Viva Health, in partnership with insurer Visana, offered competitive premiums across integrated care regions.

The Hospitality division, managed by MRH Switzerland AG, posted a 3.8% revenue increase as Switzerland's appeal as a travel destination continued to grow. Real Estate revenue surged by 50.5%, fueled by apartment sales in Zermatt.

The company is exploring strategic options to bolster long-term development, including potential new shareholders and reduced participation in Swiss Medical Network.
