AdUX: General Meeting of June 26, 2024 – Availability of documents
Paris, June 5, 2024 – The AdUX group, specialist in digital advertising and user experience, has announced the terms and conditions for making preparatory documents available for its General Meeting of Shareholders, scheduled for June 26, 2024 at 1 p.m. head office of the company.
The agenda and draft resolutions are available in the prior notice published in the BALO on May 22, 2024 and in the notice of meeting which will be published in the Posteres Parisiennes on June 7, 2024. This information as well as all documents in accordance with article R.225-83 of the Commercial Code can be consulted on the company's website.
Shareholders can request documents to be sent by post to AdUX or Uptevia, subject to providing a certificate of registration in the securities accounts for bearer holders. The company's website is updated regularly to provide the latest communications.
