Dr. Fabritius brings to the table three decades of experience as a Partner at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, where his expertise in public and private mergers and acquisitions, along with general corporate law, has been instrumental. He has a broad educational background in law and economics from prestigious institutions across Germany, the US, and Italy, and he also serves as the British Honorary Consul in Frankfurt am Main.
