ADS-TEC Energy Showcases Innovative ChargeBox at EV Charging Summit & Expo

At the EV Charging Summit & Expo, ADS-TEC Energy plc introduced the ChargeBox, an ultra-fast charging platform, which can deliver up to 320 kW on power-limited grids. Currently supporting CCS1 and soon NACS charging plugs, the ChargeBox provides a practical solution for rapid EV charging without extensive infrastructure upgrades. Its first U.S. deployment in a residential complex in North Miami Beach emphasizes its efficiency and compactness, allowing for quick charging in minimal space.

Thomas Speidel, CEO of ADS-TEC Energy, stressed the significance of sustainable infrastructure and the role of unique business models in promoting national EV adoption. He envisions the ChargeBox making ultra-fast charging a common facility in apartment buildings, supermarkets, and company premises, enhancing the U.S. EV charging network and encouraging electric vehicle uptake.
