ADOMOS turns to the Commercial Court for a judicial recovery procedure
On May 17, 2024, ADOMOS, a specialist in the online distribution of investment real estate, filed a request for judicial recovery with the Paris Commercial Court. This decision follows the failure of negotiations with its creditors to settle its liabilities and obtain necessary new financing. The hearing to consider the company's application will be held on June 5, 2024.
