ADOMOS: Technical report and strategic advances
The Commercial Court has postponed the review of ADOMOS's recovery plan until October 22, 2025. This delay is due to technical adjustments, with no impact on the group's strategy. Initially scheduled for September 13, the observation period has been extended.
The plan, supported by financial partner Atlas, proposes repayment over nine years and includes a 30% immediate repayment option for unsecured creditors, which was accepted by the majority. ADOMOS is accelerating its commercial revival with a restructured sales team.
Discussions for an acquisition in data marketing continue. The integration of blockchain into customer database management has begun, strengthening its position in data marketing.
