ADOMOS: Review and strategic reorientation in the first half of 2025
On October 17, 2025, ADOMOS announced its results for the first half of 2025. The company, which has been undergoing a restructuring since October 2024, has undertaken a strategic pivot toward customer insights and data marketing. A cost-cutting plan was implemented, enabling the group to record revenue of €63,000, compared to zero the previous year.
Despite a still negative operating result of -€1,311,000, it has improved significantly compared to -€3,009,000 in 2024, thanks to the first sales of the new service offering. The financial result is balanced, helping to reduce the net loss to -€1,318,000, compared to -€3,829,000 in the first half of 2024.
ADOMOS has converted its 2021 bonds and used part of its 2024 bonds, stabilizing its share capital at €6,040,013.80 with 30,200,069 shares. The group anticipates a promising second half of 2025, reinforced by a continuation plan under review by the Commercial Court.
