Adler Group Sells Kaiserlei Development Project in Offenbach

Adler Group S.A. announced the sale of its Kaiserlei development project, situated on the border of Offenbach and Frankfurt, to the Frankfurt housing association ABG. The project, with a planned gross floor area of about 122,000 square meters, is aimed at fostering sustainable urban development. This agreement was facilitated by a letter of intent between the city of Offenbach and ABG.

The project proposes over 1,100 rental apartments, with approximately 23% designated as subsidized housing. It also includes a student dormitory for over 350 individuals, office spaces of 4,200 square meters, a daycare center, a parking garage, bike parking, and a supermarket. This sale marks Adler Group's strategic focus shift toward managing and creating value from their rental properties in Berlin.
