Adler Group Completes Sale of North Rhine-Westphalia Portfolio
Adler Group S.A. has finalized the sale of 89.9% of its shares in the subsidiaries of the North Rhine-Westphalia-based Cosmopolitan portfolio. The buyers, Orange Capital Partners and One Investment Management, a global investment firm, completed the transaction effective 28 February 2025. The portfolio includes 6,788 rental units in North Rhine-Westphalia and was valued at EUR 422.5 million.
The deal was initially announced in December 2024, marking a significant step in Adler Group's strategy to concentrate on its rental properties in Berlin. Dr. Karl Reinitzhuber, CEO of Adler Group, emphasized that this milestone aligns with their corporate strategy.
Diego Arroyo Ornelas, Managing Director at Orange Capital Partners, expressed satisfaction with the partnership, highlighting their intent to grow in the German market and the broader European real estate sector.
