Adeunis annual results as of March 31, 2024

Adeunis, specialist in IoT solutions for building management, has published its results for the 2023/2024 financial year. Annual turnover stood at €4,793 thousand, down €661 thousand compared to the previous financial year. This decrease is explained by low activity in the first half, in particular due to significant stocks carried by customers the previous year.

Operating profit amounted to -€1,734 thousand, compared to -€906 thousand a year earlier, due to the taking into account of an additional stock depreciation of €686 thousand. The net result is -€1,880 thousand, a sharp deterioration compared to the previous financial year (-€623 thousand).

In order to respond to cash flow difficulties, Adeunis is considering a capital increase of around €1,000,000, with shareholders' preferential subscription rights being maintained. Webdyn, main shareholder, has already announced its intention to subscribe to this increase.
