Adesso SE Reports 12% Revenue Growth in H1 2025

adesso SE announced a 12% increase in sales to EUR 709.5 million for the first half of 2025, with EBITDA rising by 34% to EUR 37.2 million. The company expects further profitability improvements and has confirmed its full-year forecast.

This growth comes amidst strong demand for digitalisation services, leading to better capacity utilisation. Sales for Q2 2025 reached EUR 356.1 million, driven by license income and improved product business performance.

Despite rising personnel costs, material expenses grew by 26% due to increased use of external staff. Sales in core sectors, notably healthcare and utilities, showed strong growth, though the automotive sector declined by 7%.

Looking forward, adesso anticipates increased earnings in H2 2025, with expected yearly sales between EUR 1.35 and 1.45 billion and EBITDA between EUR 105 and 125 million.
