Adastra Holdings Announces New Director

Adastra Holdings Ltd., a prominent cannabis processor and producer in Canada, has officially announced the induction of Jon Edwards into its Board of Directors, starting April 2, 2024. Edwards, with a 15-year background in public service, notably in the B.C. Ministry of Justice and Housing, brings a rich portfolio of experience in legislative interpretation and application. His educational credentials include a Bachelor and Master of Arts from Royal Roads University, focusing on Justice Studies and Conflict Analysis and Management respectively.

Edwards is set to replace Michael Forbes on the Adastra Board. Forbes, having relinquished his roles as CEO, Director, and Corporate Secretary as of March 29, 2024, steps down following a prior announcement made on March 1, 2024. In parallel moves, Lachlan McLeod, the CFO of Adastra Holdings, expands his role to also serve as Corporate Secretary from April 2, 2024, in addition to his ongoing duties as CFO.
