Activate Expands to Berlin with New Entertainment Experience

Activate, North America's rapidly expanding entertainment group, has opened its first German location in partnership with VRex Entertainment and Sounds Fun Entertainment. Located in the Mall of Berlin, this 10,097 square-foot facility features 11 game rooms with over 800 levels of challenges aimed at testing physical and mental skills.

Using RFID technology, Activate tracks players' progress, allowing them to level up and earn rewards. Designed for teams of two to five, the experience integrates technology and live-action gaming, challenging participants in speed, coordination, and problem-solving.

This Berlin opening marks the first step in Activate's DACH region expansion, with additional locations planned in Fürth, Wiesbaden, and Vienna. Further sites are expected across Switzerland. Activate's co-founder, Adam Schmidt, highlights Germany's robust gaming culture as a key launch factor.
