ACTIA Group has published its voting rights and share capital figures as of March 31, 2025. The share capital consists of 20,099,941 shares. The gross total of voting rights stands at 32,437,352, while the net total, excluding treasury shares, stands at 32,419,681.
The company's articles of association, implemented on December 2, 2022, require ACTIA to be notified of any crossing of stake thresholds, ranging from 1% to 95%, within five trading days. This requirement has been in effect since the shares were transferred to Euronext Growth on February 2, 2023.
