PAUL Tech AG Refinances EUR 35m Bond with Nordic Format
PAUL Tech AG has announced the approval to refinance its existing EUR 35 million 7% 2020/2025 bond by issuing a new bond in the Nordic format. Marketing for the bond began on 17 September 2025. Pareto Securities AS, Frankfurt Branch, will serve as the global coordinator, and B. Metzler seel. Sohn & Co. Aktiengesellschaft will act as the joint manager. These bonds will be privately placed with institutional investors.
The refinancing is contingent upon the placement of the Nordic Bond and the prevailing market conditions. If the bond placement is successful, PAUL Tech plans to terminate and repay the existing bond. Detailed communication will follow for current bondholders upon successful placement of the Nordic Bond.
