Acquisitions Completed: ALSO Extends Full Offering in Czech Republic and Slovakia

Emmen, Switzerland, 16 August 2024—ALSO Holding AG has finalized the acquisitions of SWS a.s. and SWS International, both IT ecosystem providers in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, as well as Entec, a value-add distributor in the Czech Republic. This move follows regulatory approval.

With these additions, ALSO gains about 3,800 resellers and partnerships with major vendors like Dell, HP Inc, Lenovo, and Huawei. The acquisitions enhance ALSO's capabilities in infrastructure, data centers, and networks. This allows ALSO to address approximately 3 billion euros of the regional ICT market.
