Aclara Resources Advances in Environmental Evaluation for Penco Module

Aclara Resources Inc. announced progress in its environmental licensing for the Penco Module in Chile. The company received the "Second ICSARA" from the Environmental Service Assessment Authority, involving feedback from 20 reviewing agencies. Sixteen agencies submitted further questions, while four accepted the EIA without comments. Aclara plans to address the 205 questions by Q3 2025, aiming for operational commencement in 2028.

Jose Augusto Palma, Executive Vice President, expressed optimism in resolving the queries to align with the company's environmental and social standards. Aclara seeks to solidify Chile's role in critical minerals, important for energy transitions and high-tech applications, by collaborating with authorities and stakeholders.
