Achater-Louer.fr's 2024 annual results: a mixed picture

The Acheter-Louer.fr group has unveiled its annual results for 2024, posting revenue of €1,113,000, a significant decrease of 52% compared to 2023. This decline is attributed to the real estate crisis impacting the sector. Operating revenue also declined, reaching €2,152,000, a drop of 29%.

To address the situation, Acheter-Louer.fr has reduced its costs, notably by lowering its personnel costs by 23%. However, the consolidated net profit stands at €(17,177) K, showing a greater loss than in 2023. To ensure its financial survival, the group has initiated a safeguard procedure and secured €485,000 in financing, maturing in December 2025.

Despite this challenging context, the company continues to optimize its activities, hoping for a recovery as soon as the first signs of recovery in the real estate sector appear, particularly thanks to its digital offerings and e-Data innovations.
