ACHETER-LOUER.FR Combined General Meeting: Voting Results of September 4, 2024
On September 4, 2024, the Combined General Meeting of shareholders of ACHETER-LOUER.FR took place, chaired by Julien Tellier. Out of 3,323,280,892 shares and voting rights, 1,020,228,466 were represented.
All proposed resolutions were approved with 100% of the votes, with the exception of the resolutions concerning the appointment of new members to the Supervisory Board. The nominations of Franck Rosset, Simon Chelli and Marine Diquélou were rejected by 100% of the votes.
The company's share capital currently stands at €6,646,561.784, consisting of 3,323,280,892 ordinary shares. The capital increase noted on August 30, 2024 has been highlighted.
The company thanks its shareholders for their trust. The half-year results will be published no later than October 31, 2024.
