Achater-Louer.fr 2024 Half-Year Results: Decrease in Turnover and Audits in Progress

The Acheter-Louer.fr group, specializing in real estate digital marketing, announces a turnover of €788k for the first half of 2024, down 38.5% compared to 2023. This drop is attributed to the real estate crisis affecting the entire sector. At the same time, financial arbitrages have led to a suspension of certain development projects.

In order to overcome the previous difficulties in the certification of the 2023 accounts, the company is currently carrying out an audit of its accounts as of June 30, 2024. The audit results are disseminated to ensure transparency and compliance, although they are not required to do so by regulation.

Regarding governance, Mr. Victor Humberdot joins the board of directors as a new member, accompanied by a termination of the mandate of general director for Mr. Norbert Alvarez, while maintaining his position on the board of directors.
