ACCENTRO Real Estate AG Withdraws Invitation to Vote on Interest Deferral
Berlin, 3 August 2024 – ACCENTRO Real Estate AG has decided to withdraw its invitation to bondholders of the 2020/2026 bond to vote on the deferral of the interest payment due on 13 August 2024. This decision comes amid ongoing negotiations with bondholders of both the 2020/2026 bond and the 2021/2029 bond.
The discussions involve a significant group of bondholders, referred to as the Ad Hoc Group, and are aimed at finding a comprehensive restructuring solution. Advisors to both the Ad Hoc Group and the bondholder of the 2021/2029 bond have indicated alignment on a potential interim funding solution for the respective interest payments. This solution is still subject to further diligence, negotiation, and documentation.
