Accentro Real Estate AG Successfully Issues First Tranche of Secured Bond
Berlin, 6 September 2024 – Accentro Real Estate AG has issued the first tranche of a secured bond as part of its interim funding efforts. The tranche, valued at EUR 9.8 million, will be used primarily to cover the interest payment due on the 2020/2026 bond on 10 September 2024.
This successful issuance follows constructive negotiations with financing bondholders. Accentro is also in advanced talks to secure an additional EUR 9.4 million through two further tranches. These pending agreements are currently subject to certain conditions which the company is working to fulfill. Concurrently, Accentro continues to negotiate a comprehensive restructuring with its bondholders.
