ACCENTRO Real Estate AG Delays Financial Statements Release
ACCENTRO Real Estate AG announced a postponement in the publication of its annual and consolidated financial statements for the year 2023. Originally scheduled for release in April 2024, the company now reports that the audit will not be completed in time by the auditors. The new publication date will be communicated later.
Due to this delay, ACCENTRO's annual general meeting, initially planned for June 2024, will also be rescheduled. Future dates for both the financial statement release and the annual general meeting will be announced in due course.
