Academy of Math and Science Celebrates Hispanic Heritage Month

The Academy of Math and Science (AMS) Schools proudly celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month with a series of events across six campuses in Arizona. These events highlight the cultural contributions of Hispanic communities and engage local partnerships.

This month, AMS South Mountain began festivities by collaborating with local vendors, Mariachi and Folklorico groups, and Phoenix Rising for two back-to-back events. Past celebrations have included Loteria nights at AMS Desert Sky and AMS Peoria Advanced campuses.

Upcoming events invite community participation: AMS Flower will host a Loteria Night on September 20 at 5:30 p.m., AMS Camelback will hold a Hispanic Heritage Night on September 25 at 5 p.m., and MASSA will celebrate on September 27 from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.
